Policies
Property designed to accommodate four
adults or a family w/children not to exceed five persons. No pets
allowed. No smoking anywhere in the complex except on the condo
balcony.Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM. Condo access allowed
only with proper identification and/or security door key.
We accept
payment by check or money order upon approval of the application
and acceptance of lease terms and conditions. Credit card payment
is also accepted using PayPal but there will be a 3% surcharge.
